Group Facilitation Offerings
While individual therapy offers a space for personal exploration, groups create opportunities for connection, shared learning, and collective growth. Being in a group can remind us that we are not alone in our experiences, while also offering new perspectives, support, and meaningful conversations.
Support Groups
Support groups bring together people who may be navigating similar experiences, challenges, or life transitions. These spaces provide an opportunity to share, listen, learn from one another, and receive support in a safe and facilitated environment.
Examples may include:
Self-esteem and self-worth
Life transitions and personal growth
Psychoeducational Groups
Overthinking and anxiety
Stress and burnout
Relationship challenges
Grief and loss
These groups combine learning with reflection, helping participants better understand themselves, their emotions, relationships, and behavioural patterns. Sessions may include discussions, activities, and practical tools that participants can apply in their daily lives.
Personal Growth & Reflective Groups
These groups are designed for individuals interested in deeper self-awareness and personal development. Through guided conversations, experiential exercises, and reflective practices, participants are invited to explore themselves in the presence of others.
Workshops & Themed Group Experiences
Structured group experiences can be designed around specific themes such as emotional wellbeing, communication, boundaries, relationships, self-compassion, resilience, or mindfulness. These may be offered as one-time workshops or as multi-session group programmes.
