Our work together begins with understanding your unique story, the challenges you are facing, and what feels important to you. Depending on your needs, therapy may focus on navigating present-day difficulties, processing difficult experiences, improving relationships, managing emotions, building self-awareness, or exploring deeper patterns that may be influencing your life.
The therapeutic relationship itself is built on confidentiality, trust, acceptance, and collaboration. My role is not to tell you who to be or what decisions to make, but to walk alongside you as you discover your own answers, strengths, and possibilities for change.

Sessions Available
Individual therapy is available both online and in-person in Hyderabad. Sessions are typically held once a week and last approximately 50–60 minutes.
